Momentum: Episode #10 - Cheryl McGrath

After a 35-year career in corporate and nonprofit leadership, Cheryl decided to pursue her passion for helping women embrace their self-worth and live life wholeheartedly. She is now a Certified Life Coach and recently launched Every Season Coaching through which she supports women in achieving meaningful transformation in their lives.

Cheryl and her husband, Tim, have been married for 38 years. She is a mother of two adult children and “Nah-nee” to two delightful grandchildren.

IF YOU HAVE EVER STRUGGLED TO BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE ENOUGH, THIS IS THE EPISODE FOR YOU.

In our conversation, Cheryl talks about her decades-long struggle to believe that she is enough. She is real and raw in sharing her battle with workaholism and its impact on her family, personal health, and the real meaning of success. She bravely gives God credit for giving her a way out and helping her to learn the truth about her own significance. She has found a way to use her struggles to minister to other women and is passionate about helping women find balance in their lives and work. As she prepares to enter a new decade of life, Cheryl shares how she'll celebrate turning 60 this month.
