  • Access to my self-paced imposter syndrome course, Dreamers Unleashed, after six months

Provisional Arrangement:

The first three months of our working relationship are provisional, meaning we’ll spend the time getting to know each other, helping you learn the ropes, and then mutually assessing if this will be a fruitful on-going relationship for both parties. After three months, we’ll have a conversation to discuss whether it makes sense to continue.

About Merritt:

I am first and foremost a lover of Jesus with a desire to reflect gospel truth, hospitality, and compassion for the lost, hurting, and hesitant in their faith. I was saved from a life of self-interest, partying, and promiscuity at the age of 30 and experienced a long season of spiritual transformation in which the Lord began healing the years that the locusts had eaten in my life.

I have a deep conviction that our wounds and the sins/behaviors/beliefs we were saved from are often parts of the path God uses to open our eyes to needs in the world and potential God-shaped dreams. My own healing experience has deeply shaped my God-shaped dream to see his women set free from the bonds of imposter syndrome, comparison, and fear so that they can partner with the Lord to pursue the purposes he prepared for them before the beginning of time.

I’m giddy about the opportunity to build a team of women to partner with me to grow this beautiful ministry God is leading!!

If you’re looking for the less fluffy details about me: I’m an ISF/TJ and an Enneagram 1w9. My top Strengths are Adaptability, Harmony, Connectedness, Input and Restorative. I am a life-long learner, passionate educator, and a stickler about details (that’s my Enneagram 1), but I’m willing to help you learn which details matter most to me. I perpetually have an incredibly messy desk (that makes my husband crazy) and I’m beginning to believe that God made me “a creative” (upon which I blame said messy desk).

In this season, I’m intentionally growing my business so I can provide for our family while my husband is studying for a master’s degree in biblical counseling. I’ve created this internship program to multiply my ability to serve more coaching clients while continuing to create quality content and also still care for young children at home (one of which is a 1st grader I’m also homeschooling—pray for me!)
