IF YOU LACK CONFIDENCE IN HOW TO COMMUNICATE YOUR DREAM, THIS IS THE EPISODE FOR YOU.

Ashley came to me asking for help to refine and communicate the message of her dream so that she can grow her nonprofit organization, empower more women worldwide, and ultimately end poverty.

As we prepared for the conversation, Ashley repeatedly mentioned her greatest concern was about messaging and even went as far as telling me that she’s just “not good with words.”

I want you to keep this in mind as you listen to her talk about The Constellation Coalition, how God birthed the dream in her, and even the explanation of where the name originated. The words she uses to communicate these things are beautiful and well thought out! The more I’ve pondered this conversation after the fact, the more it seems Ashley’s fear and imposter syndrome are the true roadblocks to progress in communicating her dream of alleviating poverty around the world.

I think maybe you can relate; I know I can. We come to our dreams not because we chose them but because God chose them for us. And they are big, scary, audacious dreams. Far bigger than what we might have come up with on our own. God calls us there anyway and probably in spite of ourselves.

In this strategy session you’ll learn:

  • The importance of identifying your avatar (the person looking for what you’re offering)

  • How to invite and engage others in advancing your dream

  • To think about live video as an opportunity to rehearse and refine your message

  • Why you need to fight the spiritual battle first instead of getting hung up on the material one

  • To take the pressure off yourself to be good enough to accomplish your dream

Let me know what you think of these strategy sessions. I’d love to hear your thoughts!
